From kitchen cabinets, masonry, flooring, wood work, plumbing, electrical, painting, and exterior all work has turned out beautifully. He took us personally to pick out our materials, plumbing flooring and appliances. We were also able to view many of his beautifully completed and in process homes for design references. Paul has an arsenal of talented and hard working subcontractors and employees. Our home was designed and built within a year, exactly on schedule.

We had our home built while living out of state and during our many visits, the worksite was always clean and organized. Paul has always been available and been willing to work around our travel schedule, as his subs have been as well. We always experienced regular, clear communication with Paul. We are in love with our new home and our new hometown and cannot be more pleased with the process and end result. As small details came up during the move in process, Paul has been gracious and timely in dealing with those things to allow our move in to be seamless.

Paul our contractor and Kathy the female consultant made the dream a reality. They helped us in the planning and in the revisions as the home construction transpired. As the building progressed we noticed that Paul had the respect of the sub-contractors. He orchestrated and totally allowed them to be the professionals that they are. Therefore we ended up with a quality home that we could not believe possible. They put the workmanship into this home as if it was going to be their own. While building our home we talked with other home builders and were totally surprised at what difficulties they were having with their contractors. We did not experience any of those difficulties and the process was overwhelmingly easy and pain free.
